MADELEINE JAMES
3D Environment Artist
I am a vehicle and environment artist. I have just graduated from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment studying game art, and have also recently finished an internship at Dreamgate Studios, where I worked on developing mobile games in Unity. Currently I am working casually as a graphic designer for Ludus Codicis, an app and website developer. In the future I would like to go into simulation work, and I would love to explore VR in that application.

As a 3D artist I have a passion for creating things. I admire fantastical and impossible art, such as that of Roger Dean and Julie Dillon, but I also really love to recreate the world around me, as photoreal as possible. Tracing the exact curves of a vehicle or exploring the exact patterning of rust is something that I could spend hours doing.
If I am not at a computer recreating amazing vehicles, or imaging various environments, then I submerge myself in other worlds, either reading, or playing computer games. Zelda is my current escape into fantasy.
